YOGESH LADDHA

Mr. Yogesh Laddha Born on 14 may 1979 in small village of Rajasthan. He completes his education from Ichalkaranji and Pune (Maharastra). In 2002 he certified as C.A. (Charted Accountant).rather than practice he joins family business.

From starting he is sharp minded and brilliant. This reflects in his working. He always dare to take risks and face all challenges calmly. Previously we do business under small firms. He come with idea of merge all in one & finally Incorporated ‘MANOMAY’ in 2009.After foundation of MANOMAY he never saw back. He is the key person of formulation and implementing strategies.

On 10 march 2012 we laid the foundation stone of our denim plant. That is the day that change Yogesh’s life. In 2013 we start production. New market New challenges but risk taken nature was enlighten the route and he never saw back.

He strongly believes that employees are the heart and soul of company. Mr. Yogesh is good hearted person that he always helps employees and never hurt anyone by words.

Yogesh strongly faith in ‘Karma’. His quoted line” do your work with honesty and integrity. It is base of achievements which never fails”. He believes in destiny but always said that karma leads your destiny.

Presently his name comes as leading business eminent of city. He believes that calm mind increases inner strength & self-confidence. These two are his mantra of success.

Maheshchandra Kailashchandra Laddha

Mr. Maheshchandra Kailashchandra Laddha Born and Bought up in small village of chittorgarh District name Bijaypur in Rajasthan. From childhood he is creative and always do innovation with non useable things and always a new invention waited for us. He did his graduation from Chittorgarh . He joins family business in young age of 21.

In a very short period he diversify family dhoti business into suiting and shirting segment. He always go with trends. He come of idea of expansion and establish two manufacturing units in Ichalkaranji. His planning and good analysis of fashion trends benifited to business . In his leadership Dhanlaxmi group reached new heights of success.

After incorporation of ‘MANOMAY’ and planning of Denim plant he comes into a new role of a good administrator and ruled over domestic market with his efficient marketing skills.

In Ichalkaranji he always step forward in fulfill social responsibilities. Rotary Club of Ichalkaranji awarded him for his eminent social work. He never forget his roots . For village Bijaypur he always ready for helping people or society and schools.

Presently as a promoter &director he is the strong pillar of ‘MANOMAY’.

Kamlesh Kailashchandra Laddha

He has been the limbs to the body named MTIL for over 8 years, now and is also a Full-time director of the company. With a sharp mind and good knack of handling people, he looks after the day to day activities of the company.

Along with a graduation in commerce and specialization in Production, he also has a total - 15 years of experience behind him. (At the age of 43! :O hmm)

Last but not the least, he is a sucker for quality. ( of course! )

Pallavi Laddha

The youngest in the board of directors at 38, Pallavi Laddha is a Promoter and Full time Director of MTIL. Her journey that began with Human Resource Department at Bhilwara Location, has now graduated to one of top leaders in the company with her expertise in Finance. While she makes sure her eccentricity stays high 24x7, she also inspires all of the ones around her, to keep up! Popular amongst youngers, she is also the one admired the most.
